In our second look at the book of 3 John, we see a contrast between the good and the bad. Diotrephes was self-seeking and destructive to others and the church. The result was a character that no one wanted to emulate. Demetrius the disciple chose to live an upright life of truth, walked in close relationship with others, and was highly esteemed. Choose to live a life of humility, truth, and in relationship with others, and your legacy will take care of itself.
